The Park Gallery features oil paintings by Janet Solomon, who at a young age must already rank among KwaZulu Natal’s finest painters.

Her work is representational, and paint application very controlled with delicate colour combinations. She has an immaculate eye for composition. From the very outset there’s a mystery, a search for life’s spiritual meaning.
